Overview:
Standard scope: packaging, booking, ocean/air, export clearance, arrival at destination port (CY/CFS).
Destination customs and local delivery available on request.
Key services:
- Packaging & protection: ISPM‑15 crates/A‑frames, corner guards, moisture control, numbering and batch IDs; packing lists and loading photos included.
Loading & transport: 20′ GP preferred for 2 cm slabs; layered distributed support, avoid point loads; FOB/CFR/CIF supported (DDP as a custom add‑on).
Samples & rush: Air/courier; LCL recommended for small replenishments. Docs & compliance:
Commercial invoice, packing list, BL, COO (if needed), wood packaging certificate; accurate HS code (e.g., 6802). 
Milestones (by material and project needs)
- Marble (vein‑matching projects):
Electronic layout/vein‑match approval: 1–3 days (as needed)
Production: 7–15 days
Packing/booking: 2–4 days
Transit: Ocean 10–35 days or Air 3–7 days
Arrival at destination port (standard service ends)
Granite (typical projects):
Production 7–15 → Packing/booking 2–4 → Ocean 10–35 or Air 3–7 → Arrival at destination port
Split shipments & project execution
- Rolling production and split shipments aligned to building/area/site milestones
Split BLs and multi‑container shipments, or mixed batches in one container with clear numbering
Batch Gantt schedules and call‑off plans for site logistics
Color/vein consistency managed within each batch; batch swatches and records provided between batches
Costs and lead times settled per batch; urgent replenishments via air or LCL
Optional add‑ons
- Destination customs brokerage and duty estimation, local trucking and delivery scheduling, site handling coordination (via vetted agents)
Arrival inspection and damage photo reports; insurance claim support (recommend ICC(A) all‑risk)
Service note
- Destination customs and duties not included by default; confirm DDU/DDP or local broker arrangements in advance if required
Extra desiccants and moisture protection in wet seasons; comprehensive loading photos/IDs for site management and claims
