Welcome to SIASTONE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services and establish the legal framework for our business relationship. By engaging with SIASTONE for natural stone products and services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
SIASTONE is a professional natural stone trading company based in Xiamen, China, specializing in premium stone solutions for commercial and residential projects worldwide since 2018.

Contract Terms
Order Confirmation
All orders require written confirmation and are subject to material availability and production capacity.
Specifications
Product specifications must be agreed upon in writing before production commencement.
Modifications
Changes to confirmed orders may incur additional costs and delivery delays.
Payment Terms
Payment Schedule
Standard terms require 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment.
Currency
All pricing quoted in USD unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Late Payment
Overdue payments may incur interest charges and shipment delays.
Quality Assurance
Inspection Process
All products undergo comprehensive quality inspection before shipment.
Natural Variation
Natural stone characteristics including color, veining, and texture variations are inherent and acceptable.
Defect Claims
Quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Terms
Standard delivery terms are FOB Xiamen Port unless otherwise agreed.
Transit Risk
Risk transfers to buyer upon loading at port of origin.
Delivery Schedule
Delivery dates are estimates and subject to production and shipping conditions.
Liability and Warranty
Product Warranty
- Products conform to agreed specifications
- Materials are free from manufacturing defects
- Warranty period: 12 months from delivery
Limitation of Liability
- Liability limited to replacement or refund
- No liability for consequential damages
- Maximum liability: invoice value
Intellectual Property
All proprietary surface finishes, processing techniques, and design innovations developed by SIASTONE remain our intellectual property. Custom designs created for specific projects may be subject to exclusivity agreements as outlined in individual contracts.
Clients retain rights to their project specifications and designs while SIASTONE retains rights to manufacturing processes and techniques.
Force Majeure
SIASTONE shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government regulations
- Labor disputes
- Transportation disruptions
- Material supply shortages
- Pandemic restrictions
Governing Law & Disputes
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Xiamen or through mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution methods.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage good faith negotiations to resolve any disputes. Formal proceedings shall be conducted in English or Chinese with appropriate translation services provided.
